Couples and family sessions
Two voices, or several, and one calm room
For couples, and for adults of one family such as parents and grown children, who want to talk without the conversation ending in a fight.
Sessions run longer than an individual one because everyone needs time to speak. Marc keeps the pace even and does not take sides.

What to expect
What it is like, in six points
What sessions are like
Couples sessions run 80 minutes and family sessions 60, in person or by video. Marc makes sure each person is heard.
The method
Marc explains how he works and names the training behind any method he uses. If it does not suit you, he changes it.
What it is not
It is not a custody or court evaluation, not religious guidance and not a replacement for individual care if one of you needs it.
Length and frequency
Marc sets the pace with everyone in the room. We do not promise a number of sessions.
Who comes
Adults only. If a teenager needs care, we give you the names of colleagues.
How it is paid
The person who books pays at the end of each session, with a good faith estimate in writing first if you pay without insurance.
Questions
Three questions about this service
What happens in the first session?
It lasts 60 minutes. Marc explains how he works, the limits of confidentiality and the possible risks and benefits of therapy, and listens. At the end, you both decide whether to continue.
How often, and for how long?
Marc sets the pace with you. We do not promise a number of sessions: it depends on what you want to work on and how you feel.
Can you see my teenager?
Gilt sees adults. Family sessions are for adults in the same family. If you are looking for someone for a teenager, we will give you the names of colleagues.
