The first session
What happens before, during and after

Step 1: Before
We send you a link to the intake form, which lives in the practice's own portal and not on this site. If you pay without insurance, you also receive the good faith estimate in writing. We agree on a day that does not fall on one you keep.

Step 2: During
Marc explains how he works, the limits of confidentiality and the possible risks and benefits of therapy. Then he listens. You choose how much to share.
- 03
Step 3: After
You both decide whether to continue and at what pace. You pay at the end. If you would rather look for someone else, we give you names.
By video
A room, or your own room
If you prefer video, the session is the same: you in a private place in New Jersey, and Marc in the office.
